In-Sales
Our professional service team maintains close communication with customers, tracks the entire process of product production and delivery, and strictly complies with the relevant provisions on production and delivery specified in the contract terms. This ensures that products are delivered to customers accurately and without error within the specified time, while preventing potential damage during transportation.
After-Sales
After receiving customer feedback, a handling proposal will be submitted within 24 hours, and the fault will be identified and resolved within 48 hours.Within the warranty period, except for damages caused by human factors and force majeure, if the product malfunctions under normal use and maintenance conditions, free repair or replacement of the product will be provided, along with relevant maintenance knowledge.
