Yes, we support customization of mounting methods. Common mounting options include flange, trunnion, threaded, and welded mounting. Switching between different mounting methods only requires adjusting the connection structures at both ends of the shock absorber (e.g., changing from flange to trunnion mounting requires adding trunnion joints and adjusting the dimensions of the cylinder end), and there is no need to redesign the core damping structure.

The cost of customization will be 10%-20% higher than that of standard models, and the delivery lead time will be extended by 3-5 working days. Please provide the spatial dimensions of the mounting location to avoid installation interference.

The delivery lead time for standard models is 7-15 working days (models with sufficient stock can be shipped within 3-5 working days). For customized models, the lead time varies based on the complexity of customization: 20-30 working days for size/material customization, and 30-45 working days for functional parameter customization. For urgent orders, we can shorten the lead time through “priority production scheduling”: the fastest lead time for standard models is 3-7 working days, and 15-20 working days for customized models. An additional rush fee of 10%-20% of the order value will apply.

Return/Exchange Process: ① Customers must raise quality objections within 15 working days of receiving the goods, and provide photos of the defective products and test reports (samples may need to be returned if necessary); ② We will complete sample testing within 3 working days. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect (e.g., dimensional deviation, missing seals), we will fully cover the return/exchange shipping costs and reissue qualified products within 7 working days. If the issue is caused by improper use by the customer (e.g., overpressure, hydraulic oil contamination), the customer shall bear the cost of replacing the products and the shipping fees. Responsibility determination shall be based on test reports from a third-party testing organization recognized by both parties (e.g., SGS).

Every hydraulic pump undergoes a noise test before leaving the factory (the test is conducted in an anechoic chamber at a test distance of 1 meter), and a test report will be provided—including noise level, test standard, and calibration certificate of the test equipment.

If the customer requires compliance with specific regional standards (e.g., EU EN ISO 11200, US OSHA standards), we can adjust the test method according to the corresponding standard. The test report will be additionally marked with the regional standard it complies with, with no extra cost incurred. However, the customer must inform us of the test standard requirements in advance.

All products have obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification. For exports to the EU market, we can provide CE certification (compliant with the EN 13928 safety standard for hydraulic components). For explosion-proof scenarios (e.g., coal mining, chemical industry), we can provide ATEX certification (Ex d IIB T4 Ga class) or IECEx certification.

Yes, the spool material can be upgraded. The standard material is cast iron (HT200), and the upgrade options include: ① Stainless steel (304/316, suitable for corrosion-resistant scenarios); ② Alloy steel (40Cr, suitable for high-pressure and wear-resistant scenarios). Cost increase for material upgrade: 20%-25% more for 304 stainless steel compared to cast iron, 35%-40% more for 316 stainless steel, and 15%-20% more for 40Cr alloy steel. Additionally, it is necessary to confirm whether the upgraded material is compatible with the existing processing technology (e.g., 316 stainless steel requires special cutting tools, which will extend the delivery lead time by 3-5 working days).
